When was the last time you went from waking up in the morning to getting in bed at night without feeling a slump, a crash or halfway to burnout at some point during the day?

 

Most of us know about the mid-afternoon slump, that moment around 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. when it suddenly feels like you just won’t make it through the rest of the day at work. The majority of us reach for a cup of coffee or a sugary snack around this time to boost our energy levels and just get us to the end of the day.

 

In fact, it’s not just that slump. More and more people are suffering from sleep disorders, which include broken sleep, sleep apnea and simply not getting enough rest, or, even if we get the full 8 hours, feeling tired, worn out on waking up.

 

For some people, this is just a way of life - from getting up in the morning to collapsing in bed at night without ever feeling fully awake and energetic.

By keeping these three principles as the focus, I’ve developed a whole-body-mind program that takes you on a journey into mindfulness, self-care and a complete reset of your body, mind and soul health.

 

I’m Claire Stanley, and I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and certified Integrative Nutrition health coach. I’ll be working with you one-on-one throughout this 6-month Lifestyle Reset Program.

 

Fifteen years ago, I was unable to get out of bed with constant fatigue, foggy-brained, covered with eczema, 20 pounds overweight “overnight”, bloated, and struggling run my business and be a mom. I was desperate and trying everything. I bought every health book out there, watched all the shows, and spent hours on the Internet researching the right foods for my body.

 

I finally received the help and answers I needed from a functional medicine practitioner a friend referred me to. The first step was to detect and eliminate the gut pathogens and imbalance that my previous inflammatory diet and stressful lifestyle had caused. Gradually, I was able to reclaim my energy, focus, and optimal weight.

 

I was so grateful for the answers and help I received, but I always wished I had more support along the way with the new way of eating and lifestyle changes. I had lots of questions, often felt overwhelmed, and it was really difficult to stay on-track all by myself. I couldn't do it on my own and hated feeling guilty and alone. When I decided to become a health coach years later, I was determined to provide the support and empowerment for others I wished I had in my own journey.

 

Despite my renewed health, I had setbacks. Several years ago, I found myself in an extremely emotionally stressful situation at home. Despite eating clean, chronic health conditions I had previously gotten under control - hypothyroidism, bloating, and weight-gain - returned with a vengeance. Plus, what felt like an endless list of new problems including elevated blood sugar, fibroids, hair loss and greying, muscle and joint aches and pains, and poor sleep now also plagued me. My relationships and career suffered. I was back to chasing relief for all of my symptoms. I was depressed because I felt I had let myself and my clients down. It was then I came to critically understand how much stress - emotional as well as physical and environmental – could play such a major part in my overall health and well-being. I incorporated all of the elements I will share with you in this program, and I’m happy to say that today my chronic conditions are all in remission, I’m prescription-free, and feel even more energized than ever before!
